At Meeko Skin, we want you to genuinely love your order. If there’s an issue, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives:
- damaged,
- faulty,
- incorrect,
or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at meekoskinaus@outlook.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item/s
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- a replacement,
- store credit,
or a refund where appropriate.
Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities
Our products are made with natural ingredients, however every skin type is different. We recommend patch testing before full use.
We cannot offer refunds for reactions or sensitivities unless the product is deemed faulty.
Shipping Issues
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Sale Items
Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
